The National Veterans Parade Foundation operates under its charter, which outlines the following Mission Statement:

To Promote awareness to the public, and support to our Nation’s Veterans Community as they integrate post service into America’s society – physical as well as mental, with recognition and education of the Sacred Oath they took to defend and protect our nation and it’s Constitution. This mission will be made possible by supporting public events and promoting education that will highlight same.
